Lake Tahoe Unified School District uses a product called Parent Square (Aeries Communications) to deliver notifications and alerts for the following:

• Emergency Alerts
• Snow Day Announcements
• Attendance Notifications
• Parent/Teacher Notifications
• Most other Notifications

If you have registered your email address and phone number with your school, you will automatically be registered to use this service.  It does require you to login and set your notification preferences.  You must opt-in to receive notifications on your phone.

You should receive an email at the beginning of the school year with registration information.  Please contact your school's office if you did not receive this email (please check your SPAM folder first).

There are instructions online on how to set up and access Parent Square using a computer or your cell phone in English and in Spanish.

There are also mobile device apps for both Apple and Android
