Virtual Calming room

Lake Tahoe Unified School District wants you to know that your feelings are valid and important to us, no matter what they are. We recognize that throughout this year and navigating the Covid-19 pandemic, times have been challenging for many of us. As part of the Mental Health Awareness Month of May, we want to emphasize the importance of understanding how your mental health is an integral part of your overall health and to promote help seeking behaviors and emotional well-being practices. This Virtual Calming Room is a place for students, families and staff to find tools and strategies for managing feelings and building our resilience.

We are here to support you!
