Important Notice: Field and Facilities Reservation System Upgrade

Lake Tahoe Unified School District will be transitioning to a new field and facility reservation management system, Brightly Event Manager (EvM), in order to provide a more efficient and seamless experience for both our visitors and staff.

Please note the following important dates:

**No reservation requests will be accepted from Saturday, November 16th through Sunday, December 15th while we implement the new software.
**The new system, EvM, will go live on Monday, December 16th.
