Thank you for visiting our community page for use of fields and facilities at Lake Tahoe Unified School District.  We are excited to introduce our new Event Management System (EvM), designed to offer a more seamless experience for your organization.  Please take a moment to review the attached document, Process for Field and Facility Use at LTUSD, to familiarize yourself with the new updated process.  The request process aims to support groups and organizations seeking to use school facilities while ensuring that facility use does not conflict with school events or disrupt regular school activities.  We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through any issues that may arise with the new system. As with any new system, there may be challenges that need to be addressed.
