LCAP

The Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) is a Districtwide plan that describes how the District intends to meet annual goals for all students, with targeted academic programs, to address State and local priorities.

The LCAP must include:
•Stakeholder Engagement
•Goals, Actions, Expenditures, and Progress Indicators
•Supplemental & Concentration Grant Funds and Proportionality

The LCAP also requires an Annual Update on:
•Plan Implementation
•Program Effectiveness
•Actual Expenditures
